SDAIA's state-level AI summit in Riyadh, held under the patronage of the Saudi Crown Prince.
GAIN is the Gulf's other state AI summit, and the one that sets Saudi national direction the way Dubai AI Week sets the UAE's. Its fourth edition follows editions in 2020, 2022 and 2024, so it is a periodic statement of position rather than an annual trade event. Worth watching from the UAE precisely because the two national AI programmes are now competing for the same capital and talent.
