Presight is the one piece of G42's empire the public can actually see the books of - a listed, quarterly-reporting company that turns the UAE's sovereign AI ambitions into an audited revenue line, and one of very few AI-native companies of its kind listed on any exchange in the region.
Presight AI is a G42 subsidiary providing big-data analytics and AI-driven insights for government and public-sector customers, spanning urban planning, security, healthcare and other national-scale data problems. It listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on March 27, 2023, becoming only the second technology company to list there, with an IPO that raised approximately $496 million and was oversubscribed 136 times, excluding the commitment from cornerstone investor International Holding Company.
G42 remains Presight's majority shareholder. In its second quarter of 2026, Presight reported revenue up 36.1% year-on-year to AED 713.2 million, with its order backlog reaching AED 4.9 billion by the end of June 2026, up 44.3% since the start of the year - among the clearest public financial windows available into the commercial scale of any G42 company, since Presight is the one part of the group that reports quarterly results as a listed entity.
