Director-General of Digital Dubai (the Dubai Digital Authority) since 2021, overseeing the emirate's government AI-adoption programmes, including 2026 initiatives on agentic AI for the private sector and a unified digital-services platform. A member of the UAE Artificial Intelligence Council.
Public role
Al Mansoori previously served as Director General of UAE mGovernment from April 2014 and as Deputy Director General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) from May 2013. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Middlesex University, London, and chairs the board of the Emirates Institution for Advanced Science and Technology (EIAST).
