AEO/GEO Strategist
Owns the strategy behind how a brand gets structured and cited across AI answer engines - from audit to execution.
What you own
- The visibility audit and the plan that comes out of it, for a named set of clients.
- The call on what gets restructured first, and the argument for why.
- The relationship with the client's marketing lead through delivery.
What we look for
- You have taken a brand from invisible to cited in AI answers, and can show the before and after.
- You read a SERP and an LLM answer as two different problems, because they are.
- You write the recommendation yourself rather than handing over a dashboard.

Content & Structured Data Specialist
Turns marketing prose into content and schema that AI models can parse and quote cleanly.
What you own
- Schema design and implementation across client sites - and the validation that it holds.
- Rewriting page content into answer-shaped structure without losing the brand's voice.
- The content standards the rest of the division works to.
What we look for
- Schema.org is something you have implemented and debugged, not read about.
- You are comfortable in a codebase, or comfortable enough to file a precise ticket.
- You can tell the difference between content that reads well and content a model can quote.
AI Search Analyst

AI Search Analyst
Runs the standardized citation panels across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Mode, and tracks the results over time.
What you own
- The recurring panel runs, and the discipline that keeps them comparable month to month.
- The dataset behind every visibility claim the firm makes to a client.
- Flagging model behaviour changes before a client notices them.
What we look for
- You are methodical about test conditions, because a panel that drifts is a panel that lies.
- Spreadsheets, SQL or Python - whichever, you get to the number yourself.
- You will say 'the data does not support that' in a client meeting.
Client Success Lead

Client Success Lead
Owns the client relationship post-signature - reporting, scope changes and renewal.
What you own
- Every client conversation after the engagement starts, including the difficult ones.
- The reporting rhythm, and making sure it says something rather than filling a deck.
- Renewal, and the honest read on which accounts should not renew.
What we look for
- You have carried a book of professional-services clients, not a support queue.
- You would rather reset an expectation early than manage a disappointment later.
- You understand the work well enough to be useful in the room without the delivery lead.
Submit an application
Every application is read by a person on the hiring team.
- No account to create.
- No cover letter - the short "why this role" box does that job.
- Applying to one role is enough - it is held against the division too.
