HOW WE HIRE

Our hiring process.

Five stages, and you are told what each one is for before you sit in it. There is no unpaid take-home, no puzzle round, and no application that goes unanswered - every one gets a reply either way within two weeks.

STAGE 01

One application, no account to create

The form asks for the role you are aiming at, a CV or portfolio link, and a few lines on why this work. There is no profile to build and no assessment to sit before a person has read anything.

Applying to one role is enough. Applications are held against the division as well as the posting, so a strong application to a filled role still gets looked at for the next one.

Every application is read by a person on the hiring team, not filtered by a keyword match.

STAGE 02

What we actually read

Two pages is plenty. Lead with what you owned and what changed because you owned it - the number, the decision, the thing that shipped. We read outcomes before we read tool lists.

If your work is public - a site you restructured, a framework you wrote, a panel you ran - link it. One real artefact carries more than a page of adjectives.

No cover letter required. The short 'why this' box on the form does the same job in less time.

STAGE 03

A conversation about what you have done

Forty-five minutes with the lead for the division. Not a competency script: we go through two or three things on your CV in enough depth that it is clear what was yours and what the team's.

You get the second half to ask about the work, the clients and the constraints. Candidates who use it well tend to be the ones who do well here.

You will be told who you are meeting and what the session covers before it starts.

STAGE 04

A real problem, not a puzzle

You work through a problem the firm has actually had - a visibility audit finding, a governance gap, a client scope that moved - with one or two people from the division in the room.

It is scoped to fit inside the session. There is no unpaid take-home, no multi-day exercise, and nothing you produce is used for client work.

Roughly ninety minutes, remote or in the Dubai office, whichever suits you.

STAGE 05

A decision, either way, in writing

The division lead makes the call with the people who met you. If it is a yes, the offer covers salary, the visa and package position, and the division you join - in writing, before you are asked to decide.

If it is a no, you are told, and told why in a line that is actually useful. Every application gets a reply either way within two weeks.

Reapplying later is normal and held against you by no one.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Based in Dubai

Most roles are Dubai-based, some are remote across the GCC, and each posting says which. Employment visa and the standard UAE package are sponsored for full-time hires relocating here.

The first ninety days

You are on live client work inside the first month, with one accountable lead beside you. The first quarter is deliberately narrow - one division, a small number of engagements, seen through end to end.

How the process runs

An application, a conversation about what you have actually done, a working session on a real problem rather than a puzzle, and a decision. Every application gets a reply either way within two weeks.

WHO WE ARE

What the people who interview you are looking for

Evidence over opinion

Claims about AI visibility are tested against live model queries, not assumed.

Direct communication

Clients and colleagues get a straight answer, not marketing language.

Ownership

Each engagement has one accountable lead from audit to results.

FAQS

How long does the process take?

Usually two to three weeks from application to decision. Every application gets a reply either way within two weeks, whether or not it moves forward.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Apply to the one that fits best. Applications are held against the division as well as the posting, so the hiring team will move a strong application to a better-fitting role rather than reject it.

What if nothing open matches me?

Send a general application. The form asks which division you are aiming at, and it is read against that division rather than a single vacancy.

Do you sponsor employment visas?

Yes. The employment visa and the standard UAE package are sponsored for full-time hires relocating to Dubai.

Is there a take-home exercise?

No. The working session is done live, inside a scheduled session, on a real problem - and nothing you produce in it is used for client work.

Do you hire people early in their career?

Where a division has a lead who can carry someone properly, yes. The postings say which level they are pitched at, and a general application is read the same way.
