BENEFITS

Benefits at Nakoda AI.

We would rather write the package out than call it competitive. Everything below is what a full-time hire actually gets - the UAE statutory floor, met properly, and the things on top of it that we can stand behind. If it is not on this page, we do not offer it.

01

Health and cover

The baseline, not a perk.

  • Medical insurance for you, and for dependents on full-time contracts
  • Sick leave and medical cover in line with UAE labour law
  • Mental health support, kept separate from your manager and the firm
  • A workspace set up properly - desk, chair, screens, and adjustments where they are needed
  • Sports and fitness club passes, paid by the firm
  • Flexibility around appointments without spending annual leave on them

02

Financial wellbeing

Paid properly, with no costs pushed back onto you.

  • Salary benchmarked to the Dubai professional-services market, reviewed annually
  • End-of-service gratuity as set out in UAE labour law
  • Visa, Emirates ID and medical costs carried by the firm, never deducted
  • Performance-linked bonus tied to division results rather than a forced curve
  • Travel and client-site expenses reimbursed inside the same pay cycle

03

Flexibility and time off

The time you need, and enough control over the calendar to use it.

  • 30 calendar days of annual leave, plus UAE public holidays
  • Remote across the GCC for the roles that are posted that way
  • Hybrid weeks around delivery, agreed with your division rather than a policy page
  • Hours that flex around client commitments and prayer times
  • Leave you are actually expected to take - it is tracked, and unused balances get chased

04

Family and relocation

For the people who move here, and the people who come with them.

  • Employment visa sponsored for full-time hires, with support for family sponsorship
  • Parental leave under UAE labour law, for both parents
  • Practical relocation help - the first weeks, the paperwork, the things nobody warns you about
  • Compassionate and bereavement leave, handled without a process
  • Schooling and housing guidance from people who have done the same move

05

Learning and development

We run a division that teaches boards and audit committees. You get a seat.

  • A seat in the programmes Division 06 runs, including the ones clients pay for
  • Support for the credentials your division works to - ISACA and equivalent
  • One accountable lead beside you from your first engagement, not a buddy scheme
  • A move between divisions is a conversation, not an application
  • Conference and event attendance through the Community division's calendar

06

The day to day

What the week is actually like.

  • A Dubai office built for client work and quiet work, not open-plan theatre
  • Majlis sessions, the newsroom and the Brief - you can write for them
  • Kit that fits the work, chosen with you rather than issued to you
  • A paid coding-agent subscription for anyone whose work touches a codebase
  • A pool table and a board-game shelf, and no sideways looks for using them
  • Time to volunteer with the community programmes the firm runs
  • A team small enough that the person who made a decision is in the room

A DAY IN THE OFFICE

Benefits are set at the contract, not at the offer call.

Cover, leave and the visa position are written into the employment contract before you are asked to decide. Anything that is specific to a role - remote arrangement, notice, the shape of the bonus - is settled in writing at the same time. Ask about any of it in the first conversation; it is a normal question and it gets a straight answer.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

Nakoda AI hires on the work. We welcome applications regardless of nationality, gender, age, religion, disability or background, and we make adjustments to the process for anyone who needs them - tell us on the form or by email and it is arranged without fuss.
