Our position on AI

As an AI search visibility consultancy, we use AI tools extensively in our work. We believe transparency about that use is important - both for our clients and as a matter of professional integrity.

How we use AI

Research and analysis: we use AI models to query, test and monitor how brands appear in AI-generated answers.

Content structuring: AI tools assist in identifying which content structures are most likely to be extracted and cited by AI search engines.

Reporting: AI-assisted analysis helps us process large volumes of citation data across multiple models and produce clear client reports.

Internal operations: we use AI for drafting, editing, scheduling, data analysis and administrative tasks.

What AI does not do

AI does not make strategic decisions for our clients. Every recommendation is reviewed and validated by our team.

AI does not replace human judgment in assessing brand positioning, competitive context or cultural nuance - particularly in the Middle East market where local knowledge matters.

We do not use AI to generate client-facing content that is presented as original human writing without disclosure.

Data and confidentiality

Client data shared with AI models for analysis is handled under the same confidentiality standards as all client information. We do not train models on client data.

Where possible, we use enterprise-grade AI services with data-processing agreements that prevent provider use of inputs for model training.

Accuracy and verification

AI-generated outputs are verified before being included in client deliverables. We maintain human review processes for all published content, strategic recommendations and data-driven claims.

Evolving standards

The regulatory and ethical landscape for AI use is evolving rapidly. We monitor developments including the EU AI Act, UAE National AI Strategy and industry best practices, and will update this policy as standards mature.
